Arya Manikandan

Arya completed her B.A.LLB and went on to pursue a Master's Degree (LLM) in Business and Trade Law, developing a strong interest in corporate, commercial, and cross-border legal frameworks. She has also completed certification courses in Mergers and Acquisitions and Introduction to IP Laws, further strengthening her expertise in these specialized areas.
 
Her legal career began with litigation experience before the Consumer Court, where she handled a range of consumer disputes, with a particular focus on telecom-related and medico-legal cases. This experience gave her a strong foundation in legal analysis, drafting, and the practical application of consumer protection law.
 
As an Associate at BDO Legal UAE, Arya works with the Corporate and Commercial team, assisting on a variety of matters with particular interest in IP, company, and commercial law.
