Saket Shetty

Saket started his legal career in 2023, as a part of in-house counsel team for a Housing Finance Company, Mumbai, where he was involved in managing cases of recovery across the country as well as ensuring legal compliance across branches required as per the prevailing recovery laws. This experience provided him with a strong grounding in legal analysis, legal drafting and practical application of law.
 
With a particular interest in international commercial law, Saket completed his Master’s Degree in International Commercial  Law, which enabled to develop advanced legal research with a focus on international trade, cross border transactions and regulatory frameworks. His interest areas in law include International Sales Law, Arbitration law and Banking laws.

• LLM in International Commercial  Law – Cardiff University, Wales, UK.
